Case Study
Coffee Shop UX/UI Project
The UX/UI of Wild Harvest Bakery & Café focused on one seamless, intuitive journey in line with the brand values of sustainability and community. We took every bit of complication off the website and in-store interaction to let customers feel welcomed and connected both when ordering online and having their coffee in the café.
Commercial Coffee Competitive Content Audit
While Starbucks is leading the premium, experience brand that is globally relevant, it is developing a warm, personal space for customers. On the other hand, Dunkin’ focuses on value, convenience, and speed, positioning as the destination for coffee and quick snacks on-the-go.
Target Coffee Shop Content Audit/Target Persona
The target persona of Wild Harvest Bakery & Café is people who want to have a nice, relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy an affordable yet high-quality cup of coffee or food item. Offering a cozy, inviting atmosphere, the café is the perfect spot for customers to relax and enjoy their meals in comfort, in a community-oriented setting.

SWOT Analysis
There are numerous avenues through which Wild Harvest can improve the customers’ experience. For instance, it could sell a more exclusive coffee or a breakfast selection that would be worth paying more for. Also, it could develop an application for mobiles that makes ordering easy and offers rewards to frequent customers. An example could be a system whereby every fifth free coffee earned guarantees returning visits.
Target Revised Value Proposition
Our goal is to deliver freshly prepared food in a calm, natural environment. Our locally sourced ingredients ensure that our food is all natural.

Here is the final version of the logo I created. I kept the wheat harvest from the original design to maintain its look, but added a coffee cup and enclosed it in a circle.
